Match your cookie banner to your website’s colors

Premium now suggests cookie banner colors from your website. Preview the palette, adjust it and save when you are happy with the result.

The QQ mascot matches website colors to a cookie banner using color swatches and an eyedropper.

Your website already has its own look. Now you can use its colors as a starting point for your cookie banner, without copying color codes one by one. Automatic website color matching is available with Premium and higher plans.

From website to banner palette

Open your domain in Customize → Colors and click Get website colors. QookieQloud reads visible colors and recognizable brand and accent colors from the website’s styling, then suggests a palette for the banner: backgrounds, text, buttons, borders and switches.

Preview first, save when ready

The suggestion appears in your banner preview. Choose Use these colors to keep it, or Restore my colors to return to your previous choices. You can fine-tune every color and review the contrast checks before clicking Save. Fetching colors does not publish any changes.

Light and dark, separately

Fetch a suggestion for each theme you want to configure. If your website has no dark styling, the two suggestions may be similar. Standard keeps manual color choices and contrast checks.

Try it on your domain
