We have refined the QookieQloud consent experience with a new layout and improvements to the settings dialog. Meet Classic Minimal: the familiar Classic design with a simpler first view.
A little less on the first screen
Classic Minimal starts with the introduction and consent buttons. Visitors can accept or reject optional cookies straight away, or open the category choices with the customize button. Classic continues to show the categories in the first view.
The new layout supports your logo, configured policy links and design settings. Spacious spacing is the default, and you can adjust it in the admin to suit your website.
Cookie settings that are easier to explore
We have also refined the shared settings dialog, with particular attention to the Details tab:
- Clearer reading flow: category descriptions sit closer to their headings, with better alignment and more space before the cookie groups.
- A lighter presentation: rounder group badges and thin separators between cookies make the information easier to scan.
- More useful grouping: when no platform is identified, the grouping uses available site or domain information instead of an unhelpful unknown-platform label.
- More accessible controls: refined keyboard and screen-reader support, including cookie counts that can be read aloud.
Classic and Classic Minimal now show the cookie counts inside the category switches. In the rights-request tab, when enabled, the action buttons sit in a fixed footer so they remain easy to reach while scrolling.
Open your domain in the admin, go to Customize → Layout and select Classic Minimal. Preview the layout with your colours, logo and spacing before saving.
