QookieQloud helps you categorize detected cookies. Clear cases can be accepted automatically; uncertain suggestions need a closer look. You do not need to approve every AI classification manually.
How automatic classification works
For cookies that need classification, QookieQloud can suggest a category with a confidence level and an explanation. A category can be accepted automatically when confidence is high enough. Consistent reviews across websites can also provide a learned suggestion when the required confidence and review criteria are met.
Review a suggestion
Open the domain’s cookie list
Sign in, select the relevant domain and open its cookies. Look for entries marked for AI review. Cookies already matched to the cookie register may show registered details instead of an AI suggestion.
Read the category, confidence and explanation
Compare the suggestion with the cookie’s actual purpose on your website. Check the service that sets it and the provider’s documentation. A high confidence score is a useful signal, but does not replace checking site-specific usage.
Confirm or correct the category
For an editable cookie, use its category dropdown to select the appropriate category. Select the suggested category if it is correct, or a different one if needed. A successful update marks the cookie as reviewed.
Follow up on uncertain cookies
If the purpose is unclear, investigate the integration or ask the provider before choosing a category. Review the cookie list again after adding or changing services on your website.
Understand the status
- Automatically accepted: The category has been applied automatically. No separate approval is required.
- Needs review: Check the suggested category and its explanation, then select the appropriate category.
- Reviewed: A category has been selected manually.
- Failed or no AI result: There is no usable AI result for this entry. This does not mean the cookie is necessary; investigate its purpose and categorize it manually when possible.
Cookies matched to the cookie register may display a fixed category. If registered information seems incorrect or you cannot make a needed correction, contact support with the domain, cookie name and the reason for the change.
